All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

If an obvious error results in a product being listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel an affected order.

If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled because of a pricing or product-information error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or maintaining your customer account.

• Billing address

• Shipping address

• PIN code

Wild Blush will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

12. Payment

Online payments on our website are processed through Razorpay.

You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your payment.

Wild Blush does not intentionally store your complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials on its own systems.

Razorpay processes payment information in accordance with its own terms, privacy policy and security practices.

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or is otherwise not successfully received, we may delay, hold or cancel the related order.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using Shiprocket and the relevant courier or delivery partner handling your shipment.

To fulfil an order, information such as your name, telephone number, email address and shipping address may be shared with Shiprocket and the applicable courier or delivery partner.

Shipping and delivery notifications may be sent through Shiprocket and/or the relevant courier partner, including through WhatsApp where applicable.

Any delivery timeframes displayed on the website or communicated during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

• Courier or logistics delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Remote or difficult-to-service locations

• Natural disasters or other events beyond our reasonable control

If an order is returned to Wild Blush because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or another reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if re-dispatch is requested and available.

14. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, please contact us at reachwildblush@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide:

• Photographs of the outer shipping package

• Photographs of the product and damage

• Photographs of the packaging materials

• A description of the issue

• Any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for investigation or a courier claim.

Where a claim is approved, Wild Blush may, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy, offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate resolution.

15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because many Wild Blush products are skincare, cosmetic or personal-care products, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please review our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable refund method and payment-provider timelines.

Nothing in our returns or refund terms is intended to exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Wild Blush website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
